56 AI Labs FZE-LLC (“we”, “us”) is registered in Ajman Media City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Our Services

The Services include this website, our mobile apps and our web games. Not every app or game has every feature described below; each part of these terms applies only when you use that feature. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

3. Your Account

When you first use an app or game, we may create an account for you automatically, without asking for your name or email (a “guest” account). It is tied to your device or browser.
Some apps let you sign in with a service such as Apple or Google. Signing in links that service to your account, so you can keep your progress on another device.
If you use a guest account and clear your browser or app data, or change device without signing in, you may lose your progress. We cannot always recover it.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and sign-in secure.
You can delete your account at any time, in the app where available or by following the steps on our Support page.

4. Age

The Services are not directed at children under 13, and children under 13 should not use them. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

5. Nicknames, Leaderboards and Sharing

Some games show a public leaderboard. If you choose a nickname, it appears there with your country flag and your scores, and anyone who uses the game can see it.
Pictures, messages and links you share from our games (for example a challenge to a friend) can show your nickname, country and score to whoever receives them.
Your nickname must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading or someone else’s name or brand, and must not contain personal information such as a phone number.
We may change, hide or remove any nickname, and may remove it from leaderboards, if we think it breaks these rules.

6. Fair Play

Scores must come from genuine play. Do not use cheats, bots, scripts, modified versions of our apps or games, or any other way to fake or inflate scores.
We may reject or remove scores that we believe did not come from genuine play, and may suspend or delete accounts involved.
To keep games fair and fun, we may change how a game works or is scored, reset leaderboards or scores, or retire a game, at any time and without notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Services by, any other person. In particular, you must not:

try to gain unauthorised access to the Services, our servers or other people’s accounts;
interfere with or overload the Services, or access them automatically (for example with bots or scrapers) except through features we provide for that purpose;
copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the Services, except where the law allows it.

8. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. These are sold and billed through the app store you use (for example the Apple App Store or Google Play), and that store’s terms, payment rules and refund policies apply.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your app store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period unless the store does so.
Prices and what is included may change. Any change applies from your next purchase or renewal, as the app store’s rules allow.
Refund requests are handled by the app store, not by us.

9. Apps from the Apple App Store

If you download one of our apps from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of that app, together with these terms. We, and not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content, maintenance and support.

10. AI Features

Some apps include features powered by artificial intelligence, such as an assistant or coach that answers questions or gives suggestions.
AI-generated content can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Use your own judgement, and do not rely on it for decisions about your health, safety, money or legal matters.
You are responsible for what you enter into AI features. Please do not enter sensitive personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how these inputs are processed.

11. Advertising

Some apps or games may show advertising from third parties. We are not responsible for advertised products or services, or for the advertisers’ websites or practices.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Services and all their content, including text, branding, graphics, games, software and layouts, are owned by or licensed to 56 AI Labs FZE-LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your own non-commercial use, in line with these terms.

13. No Professional Advice

Content in the Services is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical or technical advice.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to, or rely on, third-party websites and services (for example app stores and sign-in providers). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

15. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise that the Services will always be available, error-free, or that scores, progress or data will never be lost.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 56 AI Labs FZE-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, scores, progress, profits, business, or opportunity arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded.

17. Ending Your Use

You can stop using the Services, and delete your account, at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the Services, or delete your account, if you break these terms or if we stop offering an app or game.

18. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update, suspend, or change the Services or these Terms of Use at any time. When we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.
