1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Contact information, such as your name, email address, and any details you submit through email or contact forms.
• Technical information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, and general website usage data.
• Business information you voluntarily provide when contacting us about partnerships, products, or services.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to respond to enquiries, operate and improve our website and products, monitor performance and security, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

3. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use standard cookies, server logs, or analytics tools to understand traffic and improve user experience. You may control cookies through your browser settings.

4. Apps and Games

This section applies to our mobile apps and web games. Not every app uses every feature below; each part applies only when you use that feature.

Your account

• Guest account. When you first open one of our apps or games, we create an anonymous account for you automatically, with no email or sign-up, so your progress can be saved.
• Sign in with Apple or Google (optional). Linking your account lets you back up your data and restore it on another device. We receive an account identifier and, if you share them, your name and email address. Sign in with Apple lets you hide your email address.

Data you create

• Your app data and backups. What you create in an app, such as your progress, history and settings, is saved on your device first and backed up to our servers, so it can be restored when you sign in or reinstall.
• Scores and leaderboards. We store your scores and when you played, to rank players and to check that scores are genuine. If you choose to join a leaderboard, we store the nickname and country you enter, and they are shown publicly with your best scores.
• Country. We suggest your country from your IP address, using our hosting provider Cloudflare. We never ask for or use your precise location, and you can change the country or choose not to share it.
• Sharing and challenges. If you share a score or challenge a friend, the link lets anyone who opens it see your nickname, country and score.

AI features

When you use an AI feature, such as asking an in-app assistant, the content needed to answer (your message and the relevant data from the app) is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate the response. Anthropic does not use this content to train its models. We may keep these conversations with your account so you can see them again and so we can improve the feature.

Analytics

We record how our apps and games are used, such as features used, games played, scores and shares, using PostHog. This data is linked to your anonymous account, not to your name or email. Our web games do not use cookies for analytics.

Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your card or payment details; we receive confirmation of what you bought and the status of your subscription, so we can unlock the right features. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled under Apple's and Google's policies.

Push notifications

We send notifications only if you allow them. To deliver them we store a notification token for your device. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

Advertising

Some apps or games may show ads. Ad partners may use information about your device to show and measure ads; on iPhone and iPad, they use your advertising identifier only if you allow tracking when asked. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings. We will name any ad partner in this policy before its ads appear in our apps.

Children

Our apps and games are not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Service providers

• Supabase: accounts, database and backups.
• Anthropic: AI features.
• PostHog: analytics, stored in the United States.
• Cloudflare: website hosting and country detection.
• Apple and Google: sign-in, purchases, subscriptions and notifications.

Keeping and deleting your data

• Account data is kept until you delete your account.
• Deleting your account: use Delete account in the app's settings, or email support@56ailabs.com from the address linked to your account. This removes your data from our servers and, if you used Sign in with Apple, disconnects our app from your Apple ID. Backups are cleared within 90 days.
• Analytics are kept for up to 5 years.
• Web games: clearing your browser's data for our site disconnects you from your player account.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, or legal and regulatory authorities where reasonably necessary for operating our business or complying with applicable laws.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, operational, or compliance purposes.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

9. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, please contact us using the details below.
